Today I learned what a digital footprint is. A digital footprint is when your information on the internet is shared with people. So if you post something on a social media website or get tagged in a certain picture people can see it. Jobs usually look at your digital footprint before or while your working. If i job see's something they dislike on your social media page then they won't hire you or you may be fired, depending on the circumstances.
